About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Doha. In this role, you will be the face of Skilled Software in the Qatar market — building relationships with local businesses and helping them discover how our cloud ERP solution, OAS (Office Automation System), can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across target sectors including healthcare, retail, F&B, and hypermarkets
Present and demonstrate the OAS platform to business owners and decision-makers
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Gather market feedback and report on competitor activity
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, IT, or B2B solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (Arabic preferred)
Understanding of Qatar's local business landscape and culture
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid Qatar ID
Experience with ERP or business software is a plus but not required
Driving License is plus but not mandatory
Available to join immediately
