Odoo Operations Coordinator Required We are hiring an experienced Odoo Operations Coordinator to manage Odoo ERP system and support daily operations. Odoo experience is mandatory. Main Duties: 1. Manage daily Odoo ERP operations 2. Organize CRM, customer data, and sales follow-up 3. Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment follow-up 4. Monitor inventory, stock, and spare parts 5. Follow up maintenance and installation requests 6. Coordinate between sales, accounts, store, technicians, and management 7. Train staff and ensure proper system usage 8. Prepare daily and weekly reports 9. Improve workflow and reduce Excel/WhatsApp dependency 10.
