Job Description

At Luxury Squared Trading, we are passionate about providing a curated selection of preowned luxury fashion items through our consignment platform. Our commitment to quality and style sets us apart, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking incoming and outgoing items.

- Assist with the organization and categorization of inventory to streamline operations.

- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.

- Communicate with consignors and clients regarding inventory status and updates.

- Utilize technology and software tools to optimize inventory management processes.

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by providing support wherever needed.

Qualifications

-Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of luxury brands.

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or consignment environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
