Procurement Officer


Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join in Facility Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement activities for facility management operations
  • Source suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
  • Purchase materials, equipment, and maintenance-related items
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Monitor stock availability and prevent material shortages
  • Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Support operational teams with urgent procurement requirements

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in Facility Management
  • Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple purchases and urgent requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred

Preferred Candidate

  • Candidates with experience in facility management procurement operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and cost management skills
