Key Responsibilities:
? Manage daily office administration and operations
? Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems
? Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
? Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics
? Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks
? Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required
? Monitor office supplies and facility management activities
? Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
? 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
? Experience in Qatar and knowledge of local administrative processes is preferred
