We are looking for an HR Personnel who can handle all HR-related activities within the company, including:
Maintaining and updating employee records and staff files
Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Monitoring employee attendance, leave, and HR administration
Assisting with payroll preparation and HR reports
Basic bookkeeping and record-keeping
Coordinating with government authorities and processing company-related documents
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Providing administrative support to management and staff
Requirements:
Experience in Human Resources and Administration
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Fluent in English
