Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate daily operational activities and administrative tasks
? Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
? Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
? Monitor inventory, purchase orders, and vendor communications
? Track KPIs and prepare management reports
? Support project coordination and process improvement initiatives
? Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
? Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
? Handle customer and vendor inquiries professionally
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree
? Currently in Qatar
? Valid Qatar Company Visa with NOC
? Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
? Experience in operations, administration, or hospitality sector preferred
