A leading F&B trading company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee its full operations and drive commercial growth.
The company imports and distributes premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, specialty coffee shops, as well as retail customers. With strong supplier relationships, exclusive distribution rights, and an established market presence, we are poised for continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple divisions (B2B, B2C, and Showroom).
Oversee sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
Manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnerships.
Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities, and market segments.
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
5–7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience, ideally in F&B and HoReCa indsutries.
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions independently.
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing).
Valid GCC driving license is required.
