HR Officer


Job Description

1) Manage the transportation of 300+ employees across multiple locations using a fleet of 35+ vehicles.


2) Plan, assign, and coordinate daily transportation schedules and driver assignments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.


3) Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, registration (Istimara) renewals, and related documentation in coordination with garages and internal departments.


4) Monitor traffic violations and ensure timely processing and payment of fines for company vehicles.


5) Coordinate employee accommodation arrangements, including allocation and occupancy management.


6) Conduct regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.


7) Liaise with PROs regarding visa applications, Residence Permit (RP) renewals, employee transfers, and secondment contracts.


8) Ensure timely renewal of all employee Residence Permits and maintain compliance with local regulations.


9) Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of employee and vehicle documentation.


10) Support the administration and renewal of company group insurance and workmen’s compensation policies.


11) Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient operational support and compliance.


12) Prepare and maintain reports related to transportation, accommodation, vehicle utilization, and employee documentation.
