Call Center Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a healthcare environment mandatory
Previous experience in a medical call center and knowledge of medical terminology.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Call Center Quality
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Call Center Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of call center operations, customer service protocols, and industry standards.
Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities and focus on quality metrics.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
