Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and navigating different applications.
• Experience in dealing with customers or patients.
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Salary is 4500 QR+ 300 KPI
