Restaurant Inventory & Dispatch Coordinator (3 Months – Extendable)

Location: Gulf Mall
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Work Week: 6 days/week
Contract: 3 months (extendable)
Shift Timings: Flexible / subject to change (typical cloud kitchen operations)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery partner pickups efficiently
• Transport orders from kitchens to the central processing area
• Process and stage orders for dispatch
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure smooth operations
• Support restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships
• Assist with invoices, inventory, and administrative tasks
• Respond to emails and communicate with teams regularly
Requirements:
• Leadership experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes
• Food Handler Certificate is required
