Secretary & Personal Assistant
Location: Qatar
We are looking for a dedicated Secretary & Personal Assistant to support our senior management team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements
· Handle official correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
· Maintain filing systems and digital record management.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or PA.
· Valid Driving License (required for job-related duties)
· Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong time-management skills and professional presentation.
