Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support audits and verify financial documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Collaborate with team members and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
