Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales | Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Prepare job cards and coordinate repairs with the workshop and parts departments.
• Provide customers with repair estimates and regular updates on repair progress.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient vehicle delivery.
• Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and value-added products.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain exceptional service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years of mandatory experience in Qatar.
• Previous experience with a luxury automotive dealership in Qatar will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and computer proficiency.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is Preferred.
