Supervisor & Dispatcher – Restaurant Operations


Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Supervisor and Dispatcher. This is a key role in our daily operations, and we need someone who is as comfortable leading a team as they are coordinating a busy service.


What you will do


You will be responsible for supervising the team during shifts, ensuring service runs smoothly from the kitchen to the table. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate task assignments, monitor order flow, and keep communication clear between all areas of the restaurant. You will also be the first point of contact when issues arise — whether with a customer, a team member, or the service itself.

Requirements


Previous experience in restaurants, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume shifts

Familiarity with POS systems and basic restaurant operations

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
