We are looking for a detail-oriented Storekeeper with experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and CCTV systems to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, maintain accurate stock records, and support project and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate should have experience handling ELV materials such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, networking, and related components.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming ELV, CCTV, and networking materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
Issue materials against approved Material Requisition Forms (MRFs).
Monitor stock levels and notify procurement of low-stock or critical items.
Organize the warehouse for efficient storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Conduct periodic stock counts and annual inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage of sensitive electronic equipment and accessories.
Maintain records of deliveries, returns, transfers, and damaged materials.
Coordinate with procurement, project managers, engineers, and technicians regarding material availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Verify delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Assist in loading and unloading materials while ensuring safe handling practices.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Electronics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, or MEP projects.
Good knowledge of ELV materials, including:
CCTV Cameras (IP & Analog)
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Structured Cabling
Fiber Optic Cables
Network Switches & Routers
Racks, Patch Panels, Connectors
UPS and Power Supplies
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar inventory software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
