Customer Service Executive (Pipe Hangers & Support Systems,KSA) Previous Professional Customer Service Experience in MEP Pipe Hangers & Support systems, HVAC or any related field for at least 2years Prime Job includes, Quotation Preparation, Sales Orders & Delivery notes Preparation, coordinating with stores and customer to arrange delivery and later the update the signed DN in system for Invoicing Purpose. Coordination with Customer & sales team to make sure correct quotes reach to them and on time. Coordination with Suppliers to ensure supplier PO are send on time & materials gets delivered on time. Coordination with stores to ensure materials are delivered on time. Coordination with our finance department to ensure smooth flow of documents. Report preparation (Customer Back-order report, Supplier back order report etc) Proficiency in Arabic & English - Verbal & Written (Additional Language is a Bonus) Ability to develop engaged customer relationships
