Job Vacancy: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role
Moka & Co. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and Arabic-speaking Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and overseeing customer projects from initial inquiry through successful completion. This role requires a commercially focused professional with excellent relationship management and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular management updates.
Project Management
- Manage customer projects from quotation, order confirmation, delivery, installation, and successful completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
- Monitor project timelines and customer requirements to ensure commitments are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively resolve project-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely project follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or project coordination.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing customer projects.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Valid Qatari driving licence is preferred.
