ABC Project WLL is looking for a skilled and hardworking Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, reception duties, handling inquiries, and administrative support in a showroom or office environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
• Provide basic product information and direct customers to the relevant sales team
• Maintain and update customer records, inquiry logs, and quotation details
• Support sales staff in preparing quotations and processing orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order status and updates
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary
• Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp business, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required
• Immediate joining is preferred
