We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding our presence within Qatar's Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Marine, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Marine, and Industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Generate new leads, prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and close business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred or any Engineering discipline with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5–6 years of Business Development or Sales experience within Qatar's Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven business relationships with QatarEnergy, QatarEnergy LNG, major EPC contractors, and operating companies.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar market, EPC environment, procurement processes, and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
