We are a leading Grade A Contracting Company in Qatar seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our team for a major Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing civil construction activities related to ductile iron (DI) pipeline installation, including excavation, trenching, chamber construction, backfilling, and reinstatement works, while ensuring compliance with Kahramaa specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in potable water transmission pipelines, infrastructure works, and utility projects. Candidates with previous Kahramaa project experience in Qatar will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

Manage excavation, trenching, bedding, backfilling, and reinstatement activities for potable water transmission pipelines.

Supervise the construction of valve chambers, thrust blocks, manholes, and other associated civil structures.

Review design drawings, shop drawings, IFC drawings, and construction specifications.

Ensure all civil works comply with Kahramaa standards, project specifications, and approved construction procedures.

Coordinate with Kahramaa inspectors, consultants, and project stakeholders for inspections and approvals.

Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.

Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment utilization, and work progress.

Coordinate with Mechanical, QA/QC, Survey, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

Identify and resolve site-related technical issues while maintaining project schedules.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure, utility, or potable water transmission pipeline projects.

Proven experience in excavation, trenching, pipeline civil works, chamber construction, and reinstatement activities.

Strong knowledge of Kahramaa standards, project specifications, and construction methodologies.

Previous experience on Kahramaa or major infrastructure utility projects in Qatar is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
