Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Qatar University graduate with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Qatar University graduate (mandatory)
• Previous customer service experience
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid IELTS certificate or proof that studies were conducted in English
• Family Visa or Freelance Visa preferred
• Valid Qatar ID (QID)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
• Follow company policies and service standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
