Drawlines Engineering Consult is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with business managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
