Civil Engineer (Construction Supervision)

Engineering consultations company is expanding its team and is looking for a highly qualified Civil Engineer to join our Construction Supervision Department in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision.

* Demonstrated experience in structural repair, rehabilitation, and strengthening works.

* Mandatory experience working on Ashghal (Public Works Authority) projects in Qatar.

* Excellent knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), contract administration, and quality assurance procedures.

* Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage site activities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

* MMUP/UPDA registration is mandatory (any grade)

* Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

* Inspect and oversee structural repair and strengthening works, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to approved methodologies.

* Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.

* Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

* Prepare technical reports, site observations, and progress updates.

* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project contractual obligations.
