Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieving financial and property assigned targets.
Generating and managing lists of properties for rent.
Soliciting clients by promoting brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, market conditions, and property availability to clients.
Partner with clients to rent properties within the identified target market.
Drafting leasing contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
Ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the lease of properties.
Create lists for real estate rental properties, with information about location, features, etc.
Show properties to potential renters.
Review leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Minimum Requirements:
Local Hiring.
3 years Proven Qatari Experience in brokerage companies (Sales/Leasing) commercial properties.
Valid Qatari Driver’s License & car.
Residency validity more than 6 months.
