We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function and contribute to the continued growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management expertise, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience within the Automotive or large-scale service industry in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and business performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's financial regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business units to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent certification will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager within the Automotive industry or a large-scale service organization in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP/SAP software applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Highly professional, presentable, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Arabic candidates will be given preference.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable residency.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners are highly preferred.
