About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly discreet Personal Driver to serve the CEO of an established Qatar-based company. This is a trusted, close-proximity role requiring someone who combines excellent driving skills with sound judgment, punctuality, and absolute confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedule, movements, and personal matters. Key Responsibilities • Safely drive and navigate the CEO to business meetings, personal appointments, airport transfers, and other engagements across Doha and Qatar • Plan routes in advance, accounting for traffic, timing, and last-minute schedule changes • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition — cleanliness, fuel, regular servicing, and basic checks • Keep all information regarding the CEO’s schedule, conversations, guests, and whereabouts strictly confidential at all times • Follow instructions promptly and accurately, while using good judgment in situations requiring initiative • Assist with light errands, deliveries, or coordination tasks as directed • Maintain a professional, presentable appearance and demeanor at all times • Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, based on the CEO’s schedule Essential Requirements • Valid Qatar driving license — mandatory • Valid Qatar residency visa with NOC — mandatory • Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Qatar, with strong knowledge of Doha and surrounding areas • Clean driving record with a strong safety history • Fluent in English — reading, writing, and speaking • Punctual, dependable, and well-presented Additional Qualities We Value • Prior experience as a personal or executive driver, ideally for senior management or a private household • Strong discretion and trustworthiness — someone who naturally understands the difference between professional loyalty and gossip • Good knowledge of Doha traffic patterns, alternate routes, and peak-hour navigation • Calm and composed under pressure, especially with last-minute schedule changes • Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge (tire changes, fluid checks, etc.) • Familiarity with airport protocols, VIP drop-off/pick-up procedures, and courier/document handling • Arabic language skills, an advantage • A polite, respectful manner with staff, family members, and guests • Physically fit and able to assist with light lifting (luggage, packages, etc.) • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement/NDA if required What’s on Offer • Stable, long-term employment with an established company • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience • A trusted, close working relationship with senior leadership How to Apply Please submit your CV along with details of your current visa status, driving license validity, and NOC availability.
