We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Coordinator to manage the daily operation of the school transportation system. The role includes coordinating bus routes, communicating with parents and drivers, ensuring student safety, maintaining transport records, and resolving transportation-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily school bus operations and routes.

Communicate with parents, drivers, and school staff regarding transport.

Monitor student transport attendance and maintain records.

Ensure compliance with school safety policies and transport regulations.

Handle transport inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Transport Coordinator or 2 years of experience in route planning, scheduling, and managing drivers.

Valid Qatar Driving License.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Preferred Nationalities: Indian or Pakistani.
