We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lady Filipino Operations Manager / Production Coordinator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

Managing the day-to-day operations of a garment factory or uniform manufacturing business.

Supervising tailors, production staff, and other employees.

Planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.

Managing inventory, fabrics, accessories, and stock control.

Coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preparing reports and maintaining administrative records.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with POS or accounting systems would be an advantage.

Previous experience in the garment, textile, tailoring, or uniform industry is highly preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

We are specifically seeking a candidate of Filipino nationality with relevant experience in the uniform or garment manufacturing sector.
