New State Services Company (NSS) is looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Position: Safety OfficerRequirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
• NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigations.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and audits.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Transferable visa with NOC is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor safe work practices and the proper use of PPE.
• Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Coordinate with site management and client representatives on all HSE matters.
