We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Chocolate Shop

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our chocolate shop and ensure excellent customer experience and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a chocolate shop, dessert shop, café, or food & beverage operation.
• Must have a valid Qatar driving license.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate retail operations and customer service standards.
• Experience in managing teams, sales performance, inventory control, and daily store operations.
• Ability to maintain product quality, presentation, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
• Passion for chocolates, desserts, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
