Job position : WORKSHOP MANAGER ( MOTOR AND COMPRESSOR REPAIR)

Job location : Birkat Al Awamar

Job description:

Supervise the complete repair cycle for low/medium/high voltage electric motors and industrial compressors.
Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate a team of motor winders, mechanical technicians, machinists, and support staff.
Oversee inventory levels of essential spare parts, materials (copper wire, insulation materials, bearings, seals, valves)
Review work estimates, scope of work documents, and repair quotations for accuracy before submission.

Working : Saturday to thursday

Accommodation : Bachelor sharing accommodation provided by company
Transportation : Work related ,provided by company
