Business Development Executive

Are you a motivated professional with a passion for building strong business relationships in Qatar's construction and real estate industry? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support the continued growth of our premium brand, offering luxury furniture, bespoke interior solutions, and fit-out services.

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within Qatar's construction, real estate, interiors, or fit-out sectors.

Strong knowledge of the local market, including current industry developments, major players, and commercial opportunities.

Established network with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals.

Female Arabic speaker is preferred, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.

Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of developing long-term client partnerships.

Highly motivated, target-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

Build and nurture relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.

Promote the company's portfolio of luxury furniture, interior solutions, and fit-out services to prospective clients.

Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits to strengthen business relationships.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow up on potential projects until successful conversion.

Identify strategic partnerships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support business growth.

Contribute to increasing brand awareness while consistently meeting business development and revenue objectives.
