Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall showroom operations to achieve sales, gross profit, cost efficiency, and profitability targets.
• Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising standards, and 100% price integrity across all departments.
• Manage inventory, stock aging, expiry control, shrinkage, and wastage while maintaining optimum stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and all Ministry and Civil Defence regulations to maintain zero penalties.
• Monitor and maintain all statutory documents, including CR, Trade License, Health Certificates, MOPH documents, staff documentation, tenancy agreements, and service contracts.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store marketing activities, and seasonal events to drive customer engagement.
• Drive continuous growth in e-commerce sales, service levels, and product availability.
• Lead, coach, and develop department supervisors and store teams to achieve operational excellence and high productivity.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining efficient front-end operations and prompt customer assistance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a supermarket or hypermarket.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in sales performance, inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Good knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Transferable Visa / Transfer ID Required.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
