Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily structural steel fabrication activities and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and project schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and workshop teams to ensure efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural steel fabrication and production activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and workshop teams to meet production schedules.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and timely completion of fabrication works.
• Review shop drawings and production plans before fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or steel construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes and workshop operations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and shop drawings.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
