We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT PMO) to manage IT and digital transformation projects within a banking environment. The candidate should have experience in project delivery, PMO governance, stakeholder coordination, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to completion.

* Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

* Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and change requests.

* Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

* Prepare project status reports for management.

* Support PMO governance and project management processes.

* Assist with RFPs, vendor evaluation, and technical reviews.

* Support testing activities and quality assurance.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

* 3–5 years of Project Management experience.

* Minimum 1 year experience in IT PMO within Banking or Financial Services.

* Strong IT background with Digital Transformation project experience.

* Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices.

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
