Job Vacancy: Showroom & Carpentry Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Showroom & Carpentry Manager to lead the daily operations of our showroom and carpentry workshop.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a woodworking showroom and carpentry workshop.
• Strong knowledge of wood products, carpentry, joinery, furniture, kitchens, doors, cabinets, and interior wood works.
• Ability to prepare quotations, estimate quantities, and calculate project costs accurately.
• Experience in reading technical drawings and coordinating with production teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and close sales.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and production planning.
• Experience in the GCC, especially Qatar, is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the showroom and carpentry workshop.
• Supervise carpenters and showroom staff.
• Meet with clients and provide suitable wood solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and material take-offs.
• Coordinate between sales, production, and installation teams.
• Monitor quality, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure workshop safety and efficient use of materials.
