Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Erection Foreman to supervise and coordinate structural steel erection activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure all steel installation works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural steel erection and installation activities on-site.
• Lead and coordinate erection crews, riggers, and crane operators.
• Review structural and shop drawings before work execution.
• Ensure proper alignment, bolting, plumbing, and installation of structural steel members.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and Safety Officers to ensure quality and HSE compliance.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and lifting accessories before use.
• Enforce company HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel erection, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel erection methods, rigging, and lifting operations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with safe work practices and construction site regulations.
• Technical/Vocational Certificate is preferred.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.

Pay: QAR1,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
