Job Title: Storekeeper (ELV / Technology)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Storekeeper with hands-on experience handling technological equipment (ELV, IT, networking).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify against PO/invoice; inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Record all inventory transactions (incoming, outgoing, stocktaking).
• Organize and store materials to ensure accessibility and proper space utilization.
• Monitor stock levels, quantities, serial numbers, and specifications.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requests and specifications.
• Report stock variances, damages, or issues to management.
• Track expiry items and notify management for replenishment.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and suppliers for returns, replacements, or repairs.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience handling technological equipment (ELV, IT, networking).
• Familiarity with ERP /CRM softwares
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
