We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving online engagement, and supporting the company’s overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on performance.

Develop and coordinate social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and advertising spend.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, influencers, and other marketing team members.

Support website and SEO-related activities to improve online visibility.

Track leads and campaign conversions and recommend improvements based on data.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns independently.

Experience with Canva or other design/content tools is an advantage.

Previous experience in the Qatar/GCC market is preferred.
