We are looking for an experienced Mobilization Officer to join our dynamic team and support the successful mobilization of employees, projects, and operations across the organization.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in mobilization, operations, manpower coordination, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in employee mobilization, onboarding, documentation, and deployment coordination
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure timely mobilization
Preference for locally based candidates

About the role:
As our Mobilization Officer, you'll play a key role in coordinating the mobilization and deployment of employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that all required documentation, onboarding formalities, logistics, and deployment arrangements are completed efficiently and on time.
