Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts management: Verify, post, and reconcile payables/receivables, invoicing.
• Budget preparation: Create budgets and analyze actual vs. forecast.
• Financial reporting: Prepare P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Bank operations: Manage facilities, reconciliations, transfers, and cheques.
• Tax & audits: Assist with audits and ensure compliance.
• Internal controls: Strengthen accounting policies.
• Inventory management: Conduct physical checks and reconcile with system records.
• Client interaction: Handle day-to-day client transactions.
• Cash management: Oversee cash flow and salary disbursement.
• Confidentiality: Secure financial data and maintain backups.
• General support: Perform related duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

Degree holder in Accounting / Finance related

Minimum 2 yrs. experience in related field

Must have strong & advance MS Excell skill

Valid & transferrable residence permit
