Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee all factory operations within our structural steel fabrication facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality, safety, manpower, and equipment to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations, including production, fabrication, and maintenance activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to achieve operational goals.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and HSE policies.
• Monitor factory performance, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or steel construction, with at least 5 years in a factory or operations management role.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, workshop operations, and production planning.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.

Pay: QAR5,316.36 - QAR31,192.54 per month
