We are a leading real estate company in Doha, Qatar, looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
• Promote residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, and property owners.
• Negotiate and close property sales and leasing transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain accurate client and property records.
• Follow up with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
