Are you detail?driven and passionate about customer relationship management? NAFFCO Qatar is seeking a CRM Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CRM activities and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and provide timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in CRM coordination or related field.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast?paced, customer?focused environment.
• Transferrable visa and immediate availability preferred.
