Sales Executive of Properties is responsible for promoting and selling properties social media packs managed by the properties team. This includes implementing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and working with social media team to achieve sales goals. The Sales and Marketing Executive of Properties also conducts market research to identify trends and opportunities and develops relationships with potential clients and partners.
Key roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Business Development. Cold Calling, Lead management, Appointments, Arranging Proposals, Sales Follow up, Accounts management, and payment collection (Occasionally)
Liaising with real estate companies and outlining the benefits of subscribing to Qatar Living Properties, in order to achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest. And delivering proposals.
Exploring new business opportunities through systematic prospecting to generate business enquiries.
Responsible for achieving sales, KPI and revenue targets.
On-boarding of new clients training.
Maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers.
Attending QLP Interviews, 1 Minute Video Walk-Through shoots, and trade exhibitions like Cityscape and Build your Homes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results for QLP.
Reporting the market & competitors’ feedbacks to Line manager
Social Media Contribution QL Main and QLP.
Managing & converting Pay-to-Publish Section.
Content collection for TikTok videos & Instagram Reels.
Presenting QLP walkthrough videos.
Fulfilling QLP and other Content deliverables such as social media packages or stories.
Undertaking Arabic translation for QLP.
