Sales Executive – Sweets & Confectionery (Al Bayraq Sweets)

About the Role:
Al Bayraq Sweets, a growing confectionery company in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support our retail presence across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.
Follow up on and collect outstanding/overdue payments from clients (accounts receivable follow-up).
Handle merchandising: ensure product displays, stock rotation, and shelf presentation meet company standards at points of sale.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while opening new accounts.
Report sales activity, collections, and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
5–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or confectionery.
Demonstrated experience in collections / recovering overdue payments.
Merchandising experience at retail points of sale.
Valid Qatar driving license (required).
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken); knowledge of the local market is a strong advantage.
Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable visa / NOC.
