We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager
Almukhtar Trading is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing daily branch operations.
* Supervise employees and organize their duties.
* Monitor sales performance and customer service.
* Follow up on inventory and product displays.
* Prepare daily reports and support the achievement of sales targets.
* Handle operational issues and support the Manager.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail or cosmetics is preferred.
* Strong leadership and team-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Transferable Qatar residency is preferred.
