About the Role
Qool Qatar is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Staff member to join our growing team. You'll be the face of our brand — engaging customers, driving sales, and helping the business grow.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Keep the sales floor/display area organized and presentable
Coordinate with the team on stock, deliveries, or client visits when needed
Requirements
Valid driving license — required, no exceptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Basic computer/POS system skills are a plus
Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory — we value attitude and drive
